We read every message. It helps to mention your macOS version, the app version from About Fastlane Preview, and how your fastlane folder is laid out.

Getting started

Choose File → Open Sample Project to look around with the built-in sample. To open your own app, choose File → Open Fastlane Folder… and pick the repository root, its fastlane folder or a metadata folder. File → Scan for Projects… adds every app found under a parent folder.

Screenshots or the icon are missing

macOS lets the app read only the folders you choose. If your screenshots or app icon live outside the folder you picked — for example, you opened fastlane/metadata but the icon sits in the Xcode project — open the repository root instead.

Restore the unlock

The one-time unlock belongs to your Apple Account. On another Mac or after reinstalling, choose Fastlane Preview → Restore Purchase while signed in to the same account.

Refunds

Payments are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Privacy

Fastlane Preview only reads your projects, and nothing from them leaves your Mac. Details are in the privacy policy.
